Michigan Metal Coatings, an ISO 9001:2008 company, is a leader in the application of corrosion resistent coating systems. Our facility is located in Port Huron, Michigan north of Detroit and was chosen for it's access to major thoroughfares which allows for rapid service and easier access to our customers, the automotive industry and it's suppliers, both locally and interstate.

We supply the automotive, construction, marine, trucking and appliance industries, just to name a few, with the most up to date water based coating technologies available today.

 

Michigan Metal Coatings is licensed to apply both the DACROMET® and GEOMET® metal finishing systems. Both DACROMET® and GEOMET® are corrosion resistant coating compositions offering: freedom from hydrogen embrittlement, temperature resistance, a base for most paints, electrical conductivity and resistence to solvents, gasoline and brake fluids, with GEOMET® being a completely chromium free, environmentally friendly coating. Michigan Metal Coatings was one of the first companies in North America approved and authorized to apply the GEOMET 720®, GEOMET 500®, GEOMET DIP-SPIN® and GEOMET 321® coating systems to meet the newest chromium-free specifications.
